Britain can shape the AI track through integrity and innovation
AI adoption is booming, but leadership means more than innovation. For the UK to lead, we must build trust, invest in skills, and embed ethics by design.
Scrumconnect today announces the appointment of Hannah Butterworth as Lead Delivery Manager. Hannah brings with her nearly two decades of experience from HM Courts & Tribunals Service, where she played an integral role in driving and delivering innovation across the criminal justice sector.
In this new role, Hannah will focus on deepening partnerships with Scrumconnect’s most strategic clients and driving delivery excellence across major programmes of work.
“Hannah’s experience leading complex delivery in high-stakes environments speaks for itself,” said Praveen Karadiguddi, CEO at Scrumconnect. “Her substantial domain knowledge of criminal justice combined with her leadership credentials will be key as we continue to grow our work in public service delivery and build long-term value for our clients.”
At HMCTS, Hannah held senior roles in the Crime Programme, where she managed end-to-end project delivery, steered governance reform, and led business change through the Covid-19 crisis. She worked closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive lasting improvements.
“I’m excited to join Scrumconnect at a time when the demand for thoughtful, user-centred delivery is more important than ever,” said Hannah Butterworth. “I’ve always been driven by public purpose, and I see a huge opportunity here at this purpose-led organisation to deliver meaningful impact through trusted partnerships.”
