Under his leadership, Scrumconnect has been instrumental in delivering digital solutions that have benefited millions, including critical systems for the Department for Work and Pensions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Praveen’s expertise spans software consultancy, agile coaching and program delivery management, underpinned by an MBA from Imperial College London.
Praveen is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Scrumconnect is 100% owned by BAME founders, with 50% of the workforce being female. His vision extends beyond business success—he is dedicated to mentoring young underrepresented groups and female entrepreneurs, supporting them in navigating the challenges of the tech industry and helping them thrive.
