STAINES, UK
Senior Product Manager: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality digital services. The role requires someone who can manage a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure that the product vision aligns with user needs and organisational goals. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering digital services that are simple, accessible and effective.
Automation Tester: Fixed 2-year contract. As a software tester, you’ll play an important role in the development of new IT programs. Responsibilities include: Analysing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility; collaborating closely with other team members and departments; executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
User Researcher: We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior User Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a profound background in user research, with highly demonstrable skills in planning and leading user research activities. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in an agile environment working with other user-centred practitioners.
AMS Support Engineer: Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting new products and tackling problems that have never been solved before; Learning how their technology works to be able to troubleshoot issues; working with customers frequently and helping with support, whether this be as part of a pre-live implementation or post live support efforts. You will be confident and have quality engineering experience. Java development experience is a bonus as it will help with root cause analysis and problem solving.
Senior Delivery Manager: We are seeking a Delivery Manager/Agile Coach to lead and support agile teams in delivering high-quality digital services. You will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative, self-organising team environment, facilitating delivery and ensuring the team works in line with agile best practices. You will also serve as an agile coach, helping teams to continuously improve and grow their skills while maintaining focus on delivering value to users and stakeholders. The role is pivotal in ensuring that digital products are delivered in alignment with user needs, government service standards, and in an environment of continual improvement.
Business Development Director: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role with a hybrid/remote working arrangement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UK Central Government and a strong background in the technology consulting services.
IT Technical Recruiter Apprentice: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Technical Recruiter Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field while developing a deep understanding of the IT industry. You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team to identify, attract, and place top talent in technical roles across a variety of industries. This apprenticeship is designed to give you the skills and experience to grow into a fully-fledged IT recruiter.

Legal Compliance Officer (UK Jurisdiction): Scrumconnect India is seeking a Legal Compliance Officer to work on UK jurisdictional matters. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with UK legal standards, data protection laws, and other relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting legal compliance checks, managing Tier 2 compliance, reviewing contracts, and handling data protection for UK-based operations.
Automation Tester: F&O 360: Scrumconnect India is seeking an automation tester to: Contribute to test planning activities, outlining test strategies, scope, and resource requirements; Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality; Execute automated regression tests to ensure the stability of existing functionalities after code changes; Design and implement test automation frameworks, selecting appropriate tools and technologies; Identify, document, and report defects, working closely with developers to facilitate timely resolutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage; Conduct automated performance testing to assess system scalability, responsiveness, and stability; participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to testing processes and methodologies.
