Today marks 'End Digital Poverty Day', a significant occasion hosted by the Digital Poverty Alliance (DPA) to raise awareness and drive action towards eliminating digital poverty by 2030.

Mark's clear-sighted approach and energising impact has been pivotal in revolutionising DWP's digital services, significantly improving State Pension processing for 12 million citizens in particular. Under his leadership, the Get your State Pension service - which pays out £101bn a year - has achieved remarkable success, with 80% of claims now made online and two-thirds processed automatically straight-through to citizens.
