Engaging Minds: Socrates Event Recap
Scrumconnect was thrilled to be an official sponsor of SoCraTes UK, held at Milton Hill House, Abingdon. This non-profit retreat was a fantastic chance for developers and thought leaders to connect, code, and innovate in a relaxed setting.
Here is Prashant Kale’s review of the event:
“Overall, I found the event format highly conducive to creative work, which is central to software development. We had intellectually stimulating conversations that benefitted all participants, leading to a very positive reception across the board. Unlike traditional conferences, participant engagement was notably high, which is a clear indicator of the event's success. Personally, I learned valuable concepts such as impact mapping and using C4 with Structurizr. I also took part in a Kotlin live coding refactoring session, where receiving real-time feedback from Kotlin experts proved extremely useful. I would highly recommend this event to anyone in tech next time.”
Looking Ahead
As the autumn season commences we're excited about the opportunities ahead. Whether it's continuing to innovate, expanding our team, or sharing more of our journey with you, the future looks bright for Scrumconnect.
